TRAVELERS

Traveling score sheets are used to record the results of the play of a hand by several different teams (pairs). It travels with the board carrying the hand.
North is the Recorder, but both sides are responsible for the accuracy of the results.
North/South are the table hosts. They are designated by the table number, i.e. N/S 6 sits at table 6.
Use a pencil to record all results
At start of the game fill in Board number.
Put in E/W Pair Number (generally same as yours ) (2nd column in from the right side)
Remember you only use the line opposite your table number.
All scores are recorded positive. For example, if N/S lose 50 points, record the score under the E/W column as a +50.
Do not change other table results; you can put a question mark beside the suspicious score.
If someone recorded their results on your line, call the director
Fold the Traveler so that the Board Number is visible, but the results are hidden.
Place in the North slot with the North hand.
If you see the results before playing the hand, you must call the director.
Scores can be found on the underside of the table marker, or on the back of the appropriate Bid Box Card.
